The Article Processing Charge (APC) enables the Peta Journal of Applied Sciences and Emerging Technologies (PJASET) to provide immediate and unrestricted open access to all published articles. The APC supports the journal's editorial, publishing, hosting, dissemination, and technical services while allowing readers worldwide to access published research without subscription fees.

1
Payment Policy

The APC becomes payable only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. There is no APC requirement for submitting a manuscript or for participating in the peer-review process.

Following acceptance, the corresponding author will receive notification of the editorial decision together with instructions for payment. The APC may be paid by the author, the author's institution, research project, sponsor, or funding body.

The publication charge is USD 200, excluding any applicable VAT, banking charges, or local taxes. The accepted article will be scheduled for publication after the required APC has been received.

2
Waivers & Discounts

PJASET may provide full or partial APC waivers or discounts to authors with demonstrated financial need and/or authors from eligible low-income and lower-middle-income countries.

Waiver and discount requests are evaluated independently of the journal's editorial assessment and will not influence decisions regarding manuscript acceptance or rejection. Authors seeking financial assistance should submit their request before completion of the peer-review process.

Payment of the APC does not influence the peer-review process or editorial decision. Manuscripts are evaluated solely on their academic quality, originality, relevance, methodological rigor, and compliance with PJASET's editorial policies.
