Submission Guide Line
Submission Preparation Checklist
All manuscripts and any supplementary material should be submitted via PIJSSH Submission System or through the email to Eidtor-In-Cheif. Authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- Before submission, the manuscript has to be prepared according to the format the PIJSSH template format.
- LaTex paper is also acceptable for publication, but it should be in PDF for review first.
- Manuscripts should be written in English. Title, author(s), emails, and affiliations should all be included on a title page as the first page of the manuscript file, followed by a 150-300 word abstract and 3-5 keywords.
Word Limits
PIJSSH has no limit on the number of words.
Article layout guide
Font: Times New Roman, 12-point, single-line spaced. Use margins of at least 2.5 cm (or 1 inch). ( we recommend using the Template)
Title: The Article Title which uses Size-16, with an initial capital letter for any proper nouns, Line Spacing, Fixed-12pt.
Paragraph: uses spacing: above Paragraph-6pt, below Paragraph-6pt.
Abstract: The abstract paragraph is unstructured; the abstract word limits typically range from 150 to 300 words.
Keywords: Please provide keywords to help readers find your article which uses low case, comma. The keywords typically range from 3 to 5.
Headings: Please indicate the level of the section headings in your article:
- First-level headings should be in bold, with an initial capital letter for any proper nouns.
- Second-level headings should be in bold italics, with an initial capital letter for any proper nouns.
- Third-level headings should be in italics, with an initial capital letter for any proper nouns.
Tables : - Tables should be in an editable form rather than image version.
figures: all figures or photographs must be submitted as (jpg ,png,tif) files with distinct characters and symbols at 600 dpi resolution at minimum.
Equations: Equations should be in an editable form rather than image version.
References: - All references should be formatted in APA Format in the text and listed in the REFERENCES section
